Skip the factories. In this hands-on workshop, you'll transform shredded paper into beautiful handmade sheets using nothing more than a blender, water, and everyday household items.

We'll explore "renegade" papermaking—low-tech, accessible techniques that anyone can recreate at home without expensive equipment. Whether you're an artist, environmentalist, crafter, educator, or simply curious, you'll leave with the skills to continue making your own unique paper.

Participants will:

• Learn the fundamentals of handmade paper making

• Create paper pulp from recycled paper

• Build simple paper making tools from everyday materials

• Pull, press, and dry handmade sheets

• Experiment with textures and natural inclusions

• Take home their own handmade paper and instructions for making more

No experience necessary. All materials are provided.

On April 26th, 1-4pm PST, iNcluart presents: GNC (Gender non-conforming) drink and draw on a beautiful Sunday Afternoon located in the carriage house on Delmar + Waller St. in the Haight Ashbury neighborhood. There will be a live nude model, drinks and snacks for the mingle! Ages 21+ up.
